I've shopped high-end stores all over the world, but not certain where this belt originated order as I had a stroke in 2010. It is a size S/M and well worth TWICE the price! I did frequent rodeo FINALS from Las Vegas to Ft. Worth. There is NOT 1 single stone missing! (On the 2nd square stone, I see there is a Tiny discolored spot.) PERFECT 99.99%! Approximately 41" long including the 2 1/2 buckle of BLING!! Any cobbler can adjust smaller. I put the belt on 1 of my shirts for an idea of the look you may like.
